Active Movement

SPARC (Sport and Recreation New Zealand) has developed Active Movement / Koringa Hihiko to get more infants, toddlers and young children more active.
 
As part of Active Movement, SPARC has developed a series of 14 activity guides for under fives which aim to help you to make physical activity part of your children’s lives.
 
You can find out more about the thinking behind Active Movement in the introductory booklet1 on the SPARC website.
