Principle: Health and disability service providers should respect and be responsive to Māori and their cultural values and beliefs.
If you are Māori, you have the right to expect that health service providers respect and are responsive to you and your cultural values and beliefs.
You can expect that you will have access to Māori support and advocacy services.
