What is ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)?
ADHD is a biological disorder which occurs in toddlers, children, adolescents and adults. However, it is most prominent as a problem in primary and intermediate pupils where it may affect three to five out of every 100 children.
There is a range of information on this disorder, from brief fact sheets to more comprehensive booklets and guidelines. There are also support groups. See below.
