How to make riding kick-scooters, skates and skate boards safer

There are a few simple steps you can take to make scooter riding as safe as possible.

On a scooter, if your child crashes, they will fall hard. Make sure they wear:

  • a helmet
  • wrist guards
  • knee and elbow pads
