Time saving tips: Video transcript [1]

  • prepare a week of baby meat and vegetables and freeze in individual containers (such as ice cube trays)
  • do some tasks the day before - wash and cut vegetables or make a fruit salad - and store everything in the fridge until ready to use
  • try preparing several meals in the weekend so you have ready meals during the week
  • find quick and tasty recipes that don't cost a lot to make
  • remember to always prepare baby food with no added fat, salt, sugar, honey or other sweeteners
  • cook it fast on busy nights!
