Method
  1. Heat a BBQ grill to a medium heat.
  2. Add bananas to the grill and cook, turning, for 5 minutes or until bananas are lightly blackened and soft.
  3. Cut bananas in half.
  4. Serve warm with skins on and a sprinkle of cinnamon, spoonful of yoghurt or drizzle of runny honey.
