Method
  1. Preheat the BBQ to a medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the top, bottom and skin off the pineapple.
  3. Cut into slices, removing the hard core, or cut into bite-sized chunks and put onto skewers.
  4. Cook on the BBQ plate or grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. BBQ pineapple is delicious eaten warm by itself, or serve with yoghurt or a dusting of cinnamon.
