Method
  1. Choose from the list of vegetables that cook well on the BBQ.
  2. Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat.
  3. Wash and cut vegetables. You can BBQ some vegetables (like mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus and corn) whole.
  4. Lightly brush or spray vegetables with oil and season before cooking.
  5. Cook on hot plate or on grill until tender, turning regularly during cooking.

Seasoning ideas include:

  • Dried or fresh herbs
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Pepper
  • Dried chilli flakes
  • Lemon zest
  • Paprika
  • Cajun spice
