- Choose from the list of vegetables that cook well on the BBQ.
- Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Wash and cut vegetables. You can BBQ some vegetables (like mushrooms, tomatoes, asparagus and corn) whole.
- Lightly brush or spray vegetables with oil and season before cooking.
- Cook on hot plate or on grill until tender, turning regularly during cooking.
