Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Heat a frying pan. Brown beef in batches and transfer to a large ovenproof dish with a lid.
  3. Add onions, pumpkin, water and stock powder to the dish.
  4. Put the lid on and place in the preheated oven. Cook for 2 ½ hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. Add peas and beans. Cook for a further 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve with parsley.
