Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Heat oil in saucepan, add the onion and cook on moderate heat until soft.
- Stir in curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add milk and bread, remove from heat and mix with a fork until soft.
- Mix in the tuna (including the liquid from the can), carrot and zucchini.
- Pour into a greased tin or baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until loaf is golden brown.
