- Blend together all ingredients until smooth.
- Poor into ice block moulds and freeze.
If you don’t have a blender or a stick blender, mash and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Each recipe makes about 6 ice blocks depending on the size of your moulds.

Mango
500 grams low-fat yogurt
1 can mango, drained (or 1 fresh mango, chopped)
Strawberry and banana
500 grams low-fat yogurt
1 punnet of strawberries, washed and tops removed
1 banana, mashed
Watermelon
500 grams low-fat yogurt
2 cups chopped watermelon
Sprig of mint
