- Scrub potatoes well and pierce the skin with a fork a few times.
- Microwave whole, unpeeled potatoes in the microwave until soft - about 4 minutes per potato (depending on the size).
- Let potatoes stand for 2 minutes, then cut open and serve with your choice of toppings. (See Notes for some favourites).
