Method
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the oats, yoghurt, salt and baking soda together in a large bowl. You can add a sprinkle of seeds here if you like.
  3. Lightly grease a loaf tin and pour the mixture in.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame, sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve fresh or toasted.
Notes

This bread freezes well, either as a whole loaf or sliced up.
