Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix the oats, yoghurt, salt and baking soda together in a large bowl. You can add a sprinkle of seeds here if you like.
- Lightly grease a loaf tin and pour the mixture in.
- Sprinkle with sesame, sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve fresh or toasted.
Notes
This bread freezes well, either as a whole loaf or sliced up.
