Method
  1. Put frozen bananas into food processor and whizz until smooth and creamy.
  2. At first the banana mix will be grainy. Keep whizzing with food processor but stop occasionally to push the banana down with a spoon spatula. After a while the banana will go very smooth - that's when it's done and ready to eat.
  3. Eat straight away or refreeze for later. If freezing for later, take it out of the freezer a few minutes before using so that it softens.
Notes

Try adding flavours, such as:

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • A little honey or maple syrup
  • Vanilla essence
