Method
  1. Mix together the rolled oats and hot milk in a large bowl.
  2. Cool, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, drain the canned fruit and chop into bite-sized pieces. Mix into the porridge with the yoghurt.
  4. Eat and enjoy!
Notes

Make a big batch and use throughout the week. Keep covered in the fridge for up to a week.

Canned fruit that works well includes fruit salad, pears, peaches or apples.
