- Mix together the rolled oats and hot milk in a large bowl.
- Cool, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, drain the canned fruit and chop into bite-sized pieces. Mix into the porridge with the yoghurt.
- Eat and enjoy!
Make a big batch and use throughout the week. Keep covered in the fridge for up to a week.
Canned fruit that works well includes fruit salad, pears, peaches or apples.
