Method
  1. Preheat over to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place pita pockets on baking tray.
  3. Spread with the tomato sauce or relish.
  4. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and your favourite vegetables.
  5. Grill in a hot oven until cheese is melted and golden.
Notes

Vegetables that go well on pizza include:

  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Mushroom
  • Leftover potato or kūmara

 

Make these the night before so they are ready to go in the lunchbox the next day.
