Method
Pizza base
- In a bowl combine the flour, yoghurt and dried herbs.
- Bring together to form a ball.
- Turn out onto a floured board. Knead and roll the dough for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Roll into an oblong or round shape.
Pizza toppings and baking
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Spread tomato paste onto the pizza base.
- Add your favourite toppings (see Notes for suggestions).
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Notes
Pizza toppings you could try include:
- Cheese
- Tomato
- Red onion
- Tinned pineapple
- Left over roast vegetables
