Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and set to grill. Line a tray with baking paper or tinfoil.
  2. Precook onion - place chopped onion in microwave-proof jug or bowl with a little water and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
  3. Slice bread rolls in half longways and lay out on tray with cut side up.
  4. Spoon a tablespoon of pasta sauce on each roll.
  5. On half of the rolls, place the ham, pineapple and ½ the onion.
  6. On the other half place the salami and the other ½ of the onion.
  7. Top with the tomatoes, mushrooms, and corn.
  8. Top all rolls with grated cheese.
  9. Grill for 10 minutes or until golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Once out of the oven, garnish with spring onion or fresh herbs (optional).
