- Combine the pork with the garlic, soy sauce and tomato paste in a bowl. Set aside to marinade for at least 10 minutes.
- Turn the grill on to 200 degrees Celsius.
- To assemble the kebabs, push the kebab stick through a chunk of pork, then add capsicum, pork, zucchini and pork.
- Assemble the rest of the kebabs.
- Place the kebabs on grease proof paper on a tray.
- Cook for 15 minutes, turning often until the pork is cooked through.
- Serve with rice and a side salad.
Other vegetables that work well on skewers include red onion and mushrooms.
