Method
  1. Combine the pork with the garlic, soy sauce and tomato paste in a bowl. Set aside to marinade for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Turn the grill on to 200 degrees Celsius. 
  3. To assemble the kebabs, push the kebab stick through a chunk of pork, then add capsicum, pork, zucchini and pork.
  4. Assemble the rest of the kebabs.
  5. Place the kebabs on grease proof paper on a tray.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, turning often until the pork is cooked through.
  7. Serve with rice and a side salad.
Notes

Other vegetables that work well on skewers include red onion and mushrooms.
