Method
  1. Cook the noodle cake as per packet instructions and drain well.
  2. Cook frozen vegetables as per packet instructions and drain well.
  3. Mix noodles and vegetables together in a serving bowl.
  4. Mix soy or hoisin sauce through noodles.
  5. Add chilli sauce to taste.
Notes

Try adding:

  • Sliced green onion
  • Bean sprouts
  • Grated carrot
  • Grated courgette

You could also try adding:

  • A sliced boiled egg
  • Canned tuna or salmon
