Method
  1. Wash the bok choy in cold water.
  2. Slice off the lower part of the bok choy stem.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok.
  4. Finely dice the ginger and cook in the oil for 1 to 2 minutes stirring until fragrant.
  5. Add the bok choy and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until it wilts.
  6. Add the soy sauce and lemon juice. Remove from heat and serve.
