Method
  1. Cook peas following the instructions on the packet.
  2. Combine all ingredients, mix to combine.
  3. Make into patties.
  4. Cook on medium heat in a non stick pan until brown on both sides.
  5. Serve with salad or steamed vegetables.
Notes

You can leave the skins on the potatoes and there is no need to add milk or butter when you mash them.
