Method
  1. Boil watercress for 15 minutes, drain and keep water. Let it cool.
  2. Add chickpeas, cooked watercress, ½ cup of watercress water and all other ingredients into a blender and mix together.
  3. Chill and serve with crackers or fresh vegetables cut into sticks.
