Method
  1. Remove the skin from the watermelon using a sharp knife. Make sure you remove all the white rind too.
  2. Slice the watermelon into triangles that are about 2 centimetres thick.
  3. Lay the watermelon out on baking paper (or a tray), and insert an iceblock stick into the base of each slice.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours. If you can't wait that long, the iceblocks might not be frozen through (but they'll still taste good!).
Notes

You can round the edges to make the triangles look more like ice blocks if you like.
