Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl.
  3. Line a 18 by 28 centimetre tin with baking paper.
  4. Press the mixture into the tin.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes (until firm to touch).
  6. Cut into slices when cool.
Notes

You can replace the seeds with chopped nuts for a slightly different flavour.
