Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl.
- Line a 18 by 28 centimetre tin with baking paper.
- Press the mixture into the tin.
- Bake for 25 minutes (until firm to touch).
- Cut into slices when cool.
Notes
You can replace the seeds with chopped nuts for a slightly different flavour.
