- Use clear glasses or small bowls to assemble the parfaits.
- Put a tablespoon of yoghurt in each glass, then top with the grapes.
- Continue layering with yoghurt and fruit until the glass or bowl is full, using 4 tablespoons of yoghurt in each glass.
Don't get put off if grapes and strawberries are too expensive - use any canned or fresh fruit that is low-cost at the markets or supermarket.
