Call 0800 933 922 for parenting help. This is a free 24/7 service - calls are also free from cellphones.

You don't need to be a Whānau Āwhina Plunket client to use PlunketLine.

When you call PlunketLine, a Whānau Āwhina Plunket nurse will answer your call. They can give you advice and information on parenting issues and your child's health and wellbeing. 

You can ask questions about parenting, crying, sleeping, your child's growth, development, behaviour, immunisation, breastfeeding, nutrition, oral health, safety, or about the Well Child Tamariki Ora Programme.

Whānau Āwhina Plunket nurses are registered nurses who have further qualifications in well child health. Whānau Āwhina Plunket also have nurses who can speak other languages.

As well as providing high quality advice, PlunketLine is a great way to access Whānau Āwhina Plunket's nationwide family support network. It is a gateway to many services, including referrals to local Whānau Āwhina Plunket nurses and family centres.
