Vegetables (silver beet, bok choy, broccoli, avocado, taro, kumara, potato, cassava, pumpkin), toast fingers, strips of cheese, eggs,  bowl of raw mince, bowl of legumes, fruit (pear, apple, mango, bananas, soft small pieces of fruit, glass of cottage cheese, glass of plain yoghurt
