- Boil potato in 1 ½ cups of water.
- Mash into the water when soft and let cool.
- Mix all ingredients together and place in a warm place like a hot water cupboard.
- Feed the bug daily with a half a cup of flour, 1 tsp sugar and enough lukewarm water to make a thick shake type consistency.
- When it bubbles it is ready to use to make rewana bread.
- When not using place in the fridge. Repeat from point 4 when you want to use again.
